What it covers

- Profile systems
The warranty covers all components: LED module, driver, housing, fasteners. It is valid in any premises — residential and commercial. The term is counted from the date of purchase.
How to make a claim
1. Call or write to us
Describe the fault — we will tell you what to do.
2. Bring the product to the service center
Almaty, 4/35 Bryusov St., 2nd floor, office 14G. Removal and delivery to the service are at the customer's expense.
3. Get the repaired product or a replacement
If you are in another city and it is a warranty case, we pay for the return delivery.
The warranty is conditional on connection and use according to the instructions supplied with the product.
